ツナ、ナス、トマトspaghetti

i tried something new today..im a 茄子 lover and usually i would put it into my tomato based spaghetti

but today, i want to accentuate the 茄子 flavor so i modified the recipe here and there :D


ツナ、ナス、トマトspaghetti

garlic ~chopped
red pepper
tomato ~potong 6
terung ~
tuna ~ 1 can
a bit of dried basil
a bit of black pepper
spaghetti

masak spagetti ikut arahan..bubuh salt dalam air mendidih tu..( i prefer angkat 1 minit sbelum)

sementara tunggu spaghetti masak, panaskan kuali, buh minyak sket dan goreng terung..jangan sampai layu sangat..angkat letak tepi dulu

tumis garlic n red pepper sampai perang..masukkan sket air rebusan spaghetti..(jgn sampai banjir!)

masukkan tuna, black pepper...masukkan spaghetti yg dah siap..kalo perlu garam bubuh sket..

bila air dah kering sket, masukkan tomato, terung dan basil...kacau2 dah siap!

tadi syaza tambah olive oil sket sbelum serve..kalau x nak pun x pa..boleh makan macam tu sahaja, or boleh sprinkle cheese~
